Rule No. 192
Wearing a watch is a sign of maturity. People that have important things
to do and places to be wear watches. It will add the perfect touch of
sophistication to every outfit.
Rule No. 191
Your skirt, shorts, or dress length should never end anywhere near the
vicinity of your butt cheek. Keep those lengths classy. The excuse, “I’m
too tall to find clothes that are long enough” is absolutely not
acceptable. No one wants to worry about your wardrobe malfunction all
night.
Rule No. 164
If you want to get dressed up, you go ahead and get dressed up. Never
worry about being “overdressed.” Wear whatever, tasteful outfit you
want. Never let anyone make you feel down about looking nice. Never.
Rule No. 157
Super short, tattered, denim shorts are only acceptable if
you work on a farm and your name is Daisy. Make sure your shorts are a
decent length and the adjective “booty” is never applicable. Keep it classy y’all.
Rule No. 154
Wear sunscreen. I am not, by any means, saying you should
not want to be outside and get some sun. I am saying that you should
always protect yourself. Wear sunglasses as well so you can protect your
eyes. You want to be able to enjoy the sun for many years to come. Be safe and smart.

Rule No. 150
Always, always, always keep in mind that if a guy likes you and wants to be with you, you will know for sure. I know most girls want to over-analyze and obsess over every little thing a guy says to them but if a boy wants to be with you he will make it happen.
I know this might be a little hard to hear but it will save you a lot
of time. Go out and find a boy who is head over heels for you.
Rule No. 135
Everyone loves a good bow. But never go over board in one outfit. Less is more. Same applies with ruffles.

If you want to be taken seriously by your friends, professors, bosses, parents, and even random people you meet each day, do not have
a foundation that is the wrong color, bad roots, or chipped finger nail
polish. You clothes can be from Wal-Mart as long as your actual self is
taken care of. Try it and see what kind of results you get.
Rule No. 99
Have an everyday perfume and then have an extra special perfume that you wear on dates or special occasions. Your mindset will change. It makes you feel that much more special.
